This person will work closely with T3’s Bay Area Tech Team and play an integral role in the day-to-day activities as well as participate in learning the business and developing their skill sets over time. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with growing tech companies and to join a high-growth company that is disrupting the commercial real estate industry. Primary responsibilities will include: helping manage client success, deal workflow, client interaction, new business activities, and general administrative support.

Gather and organize research information for market surveys, including property/space data, maps, pictures, etc.
Prepare documents including Request for Proposals, Letters of Intent, customer and prospect correspondence, and market reports/presentations.
Create and edit presentations, tour books, and client deliverables for prospect/client meetings.
Update and maintain T3’s internal client and pipeline database(s) to track both active and prospective clients.
Update and manage market and lease comparable database
Support the team on new business pitches, presentations and events.
2+ years in commercial real estate or other professional / administrative role
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to learn
Effective communication skills
Balance of sales and transaction capabilities
Organized and detail oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
