The Role: 

Our team approach is something that sets T3 apart from other commercial real estate firms and helps us provide incredible client experiences. As a W-2 Employee you will be a full-time member of the T3 team. What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with your T3 teammates to build relationships, find new business, and deliver the best possible solutions to clients

  • Think creatively, propose new ideas, and help solve for challenges in a changing market

  • Execute on real estate deals for early-stage and growth-stage clients

  • Work with clients to understand their business, cultural, and real estate needs

  • Establish and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, entrepreneurs, investors and others in the innovation community

  • Build and leverage a strong network and develop a steady pipeline of deal flow
