T3 Advisors, a leading national commercial real estate firm focused on tenant representation for the tech and life science industries, is seeking an experienced broker to become a valuable member of our Boston Life Science team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with growing life science companies and to join a high-growth company that is disrupting the commercial real estate industry. You will be in a position to manage client relationships, develop new prospects, and expand T3’s brand and overall market share in Boston.

  • Build and leverage a network as a leader of the T3 Life Science team in Boston
  • Accountable for overall success of T3 Life Science Boston with frequent and clear communication with T3 National Life Science Lead
  • Mentor, train and support junior team members; lead by example
  • Speak credibly to a client’s real estate needs and problem solve together
  • Establish and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, entrepreneurs, among others in the Boston Life Sciences community
  • Focus on business development and a strong pipeline of deal flow
  • Execute on real estate deals with support of local brokers/advisors and track to revenue goals
  • Cross-sell other T3 services and work as a team with colleagues to deliver them
  • Think creatively, propose new ideas, and help solve for challenges in a changing market
  • Ensure T3 LS Boston embodies the mission, culture, and values of the firm


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of CRE experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Competitive with an Entrepreneurial Mindset
  • Effective communication and networking skills (strong EQ)
  • Balance of sales and transaction capabilities
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
