T3 Advisors is expanding its presence in New York and has an opportunity for a driven individual to lead our New York office; leverage T3’s existing relationships, which have been developed over almost 20 years in business; and own the results of T3 New York. The individual will join a strong globally focused and growing team with the ability to play a key role in establishing the brand, building/mentoring the T3 NYC team, and expanding the market share of T3 Advisors locally. With support from our national team and building upon the success achieved in Boston and the Bay Area, this individual will be accountable for executing T3’s regional go-to-market strategy. We are looking for an entrepreneurial broker (tenant focused) to be a key member in the significant growth of a new practice with unlimited upside.

Role & Responsibilities
Build and leverage a network as the face of T3 in NYC
Accountable for overall success of T3 NYC with frequent and clear communication with T3 Leadership Team
Mentor, train and support junior team members; lead by example
Speak credibly to a client’s real estate needs and problem solve together
Establish and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, entrepreneurs, among others in the NYC real estate, tech, and life sciences community
Focus on business development and a strong pipeline of deal flow
Execute on real estate deals with support of local brokers/advisors and track to revenue goals
Cross-sell other T3 services and work as a team with colleagues to deliver them
Think creatively, propose new ideas, and help solve for challenges in a changing market
Ensure T3 NY embodies the mission, culture, and values of the firm
5+ years of CRE experience (brokerage a plus)
Strong leadership skills

Organized and detail oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
